Artandcraftmap.com

custom map link
Have you seen this logo on a website- heres what its all about
I have just been adding details of exhibitions coming up in the next few months to a new website showing locations and details of exhibitions in the UK.

It is free, quick and easy to add your details and those of your exhibitions to this growing resource.
Having logged onto the site the user can easily locate both fine art and craft venues and exhibitions in an area. Each venue lists its exhibitions accompanied by a representative image of the work being shown.

As an artist and craftsperson I have two mini sites showing my work and links to further websites and contact details.

The site has been designed for smart phones and tablets providing a mobile gallery guide for visitors as well as residents.

Why not have a look at my page at http://www.artandcraftmap.com  and then create your own map.

Further help in getting started is also to be found at https://www.youtube.com where you are taken through the process of adding your events step by step

Nine Lives- The Teifi Artists Group at Art Matters in Tenby

Members of the Teifi Artist Group have exhibited individually with Art Matters at the White Lion Street Gallery in Tenby for many years. Each time we visit it is a real pleasure to be met with with a smile by John or Margaret, sometimes both and made to feel so special. This time we  are showing as a group.

The gallery is always a  delight to visit with a monthly change of main exhibition accompanied by smaller spaces full of work by their carefully chosen  group of artists. They have work on many themes but they say the majority is landscape because 'thats what they bring us'. There is a whole selection of artists original prints- (they don't do reproductions) with work by national and internationally renowned printmakers.
The TAG group formed a long while ago to provide mutual support for those involved, for discussion, networking and cake. They occasionally exhibit together. In April we will be presenting a personal selection of pieces from nine of the members, inevitably showing the diversity of talents and interests within the group.
Tag members are  Andie Clay
Wendy Evans
Helen Gillam
Glenn Ibbitson
Carole King
Nigel Pugh
Peter Rossiter
Philippa Sibert
and Diane Walkey
